My 1/2 hour online live meditations will continue once a week, on Mondays only, until further notice. Please register below. Your one time registration is good for all the meetings in this series.
As I said in my initial offering (the sessions were daily until May 22, then MWF until July 1):

In these challenging times, it is important to take care of yourself. Staying grounded, connected to our center, and taking control of our thoughts are no longer spiritual practices, but the way to physical well being.
I am offering a series of free 1/2 hr. meditation sessions via Zoom.
I invite you to join me once or every day for the full series – no meditation experience necessary – to balance yourself and cultivate ease.
Zoom is an online platform that allows groups of people to video conference. All registrants will be provided with a link to our meeting room. When you click on that link, it will prompt you to download the free software, if you have not done so already.
