How the live sessions started: Kate’s first invitation:
I hope you and your families are all doing well and have not been affected by the recent outbreak.
In these challenging times, it is important to take care of yourself. Staying grounded, connected to our center, and taking control of our thoughts are no longer spiritual practices, but the way to physical well being.
I am offering a series of free 1/2 hr. meditation sessions via Zoom at 11 AM EDT starting Friday, March 20th.
I invite you to join me once or every day for the full 10 days series – no meditation experience necessary – to balance yourself and cultivate ease.
The sessions were daily until May 22, then MWF until July 1, then Mondays until August 30th.
