This highly participatory 4-day immersion is perfect for anyone who wants to cultivate a mindfulness meditation practice and apply meditative insight to their life. Modeled after the traditional 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program developed in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, you will learn through your own direct experience the meditation tools and techniques that lay the foundation and principles of mindfulness in a supportive, structured learning environment.
