Join Kate online for a weekly half hour Mindfulness session. The sessions begin January 17th and run through March 14th with the exception of Jan 31st when there will be no session.
Staying grounded, connected to our center, and taking control of our thoughts are no longer spiritual practices, but the way to physical well being.
