5 Night Silent Meditation Retreat, May 3rd – May 8th, 2020
This Retreat for the Body, Mind and Spirit is appropriate for those with experience in a retreat setting as well as those coming for a first silent retreat. Some experience in meditation is required. Basic mindfulness skills will be reviewed along with compassion practices. We will be focusing on the body, establishing concentration and working with what arises in practice. Support and daily teaching will be provided and group interviews will be offered.
Please note: If this is your first silent retreat you may be unaware that there is no reading or writing on retreat so you can leave books, etc at home. We will ask you to relinquish all devices, phones, computers, iPads etc to help facilitate a retreat atmosphere. You will be provided an emergency contact number that you can leave with your family.
